These words usually go before the verb:

Eu sempre tomo café de manhã.I always have coffee in the morning.
Ela normalmente almoça em casa.She usually has lunch at home.
Nós às vezes jantamos fora.We sometimes eat out.
Eu nunca trabalho no domingo.I never work on Sunday.

Às vezes can also start the sentence: Às vezes, eu estudo à noite.Sometimes, I study at night.

Every day, once a week

todo diaevery day, toda semanaevery week, todo mêsevery month
uma vez por semanaonce a week, duas vezes por mêstwice a month
Com que frequência você viaja?How often do you travel?

Pay attention! With nunca before the verb, you don't need não: say Eu nunca bebo café.I never drink coffee.
